Bringing your players across

Export your current roster to CSV and import it directly — first and last name are the only required columns. Guardians without an Athlonic account are attached to you until they claim theirs, so nothing waits on families to act.

Getting your data back out

Players, coaches, outstanding balances, and payment transactions all export to CSV, filtered exactly as you see them. Your data is yours, and leaving does not require a support ticket.

Running two systems for a season

You do not have to cut over mid-season. Bring one program across, run it alongside what you have, and move the rest when the season ends. The flat fee only applies to registrations you actually take here.
